Welcome to Neoard. These Terms of Purchase govern your order placement and purchase of dresses from our website (www.neoard.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Order Submission: When you place an order through our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items under these terms. All orders are subject to our acceptance.
  • Order Confirmation: We will send you an email confirmation (at the email address provided during checkout) once we have processed and accepted your order. This confirmation will include details such as your order number, items purchased, total amount in USD, and shipping information.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made immediately after placement, as we aim to process orders quickly. 2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All product prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time you place your order, subject to availability.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
  • Payment Authorization: Your payment will be authorized and processed at the time of order placement to secure the items. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order acceptance. This processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for your order is 6-12 business days. This timeline applies to all deliveries, regardless of the destination, and is subject to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions).
  • Shipping Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues to us immediately.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition (with tags attached), and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at infoneoard@neoard.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method used for the purchase, and typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

5. Product Availability

  • All items are subject to availability. In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and offer you the option to either cancel the order (with a full refund) or wait for the product to be restocked (with an estimated restock date provided).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Neoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to delays in delivery (due to circumstances beyond our control), loss of use, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the items in question.
